Starcrest is an enchanted promontory located on the elvish island theocracy of Eileania near the Moonglade sanctuary. The Starcrest is a haven for astrologers, stargazers and diviners of all sorts and provides an excellent vantage point from which to view the night sky and observe the movement of the heavens. A number of clerics of Zhuran have also been known to visit this place in the past.

Starcrest is free of any man made object or structure and is carpeted in a well manicured lawn of green grass. Tiny white wildflowers bloom in the early Spring through early Summer and provide a tranquil fragrance during this time of year.

The Starcrest is a sacred location for the elves of the island and they have placed many powerful warding spells and enchantments in this region. It is said that no evil creature of less than divine status can enter the Starcrest unless it is brought there. The region is also believed to grant greater potency to certain divine spells. Spell users who cast a spell from the School of Divination will find that the spell is at +1 caster level for as long as the caster remains on the Starcrest and under the night sky.
